Dear Parents,
The Fall Parent / Teacher conference period is quickly approaching. Shortly you will receive
appointment forms from your child's teacher indicating the time reserved for you.
Because we anticipate every parent will take advantage of this meaningful opportunity, a
total of five school days have been set aside for conferencing purposes.

Kindergarten parents will conference with their child's teacher in the PM if their child attends the
AM session or in the AM if their child attends the PM session. SDC preschool and kindergarten
students will follow the regular AM/PM time schedules.
Each of the days listed is also a minimum school day for first-fifth grade students. First and
second grade students will be dismissed at 1:15 PM and all third through fifth grade students will
be dismissed at 1:30 PM.
Park and Recreation and all other after school programs will begin at 1:30 -5 :30 daily during the
five-day period.
