Mrs. Julie Watkins graduated from UC Santa Barbara and has a Master's Degree in special education from USC. She has taught special education in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles, Sunnyvale and Honolulu, Hawaii where her students took off their flip-flops before stepping into her classroom.
Married with two daughters, she enjoys cooking (and eating), reading, really long walks, traveling, theatre, movies, flowers, cookies and anything purple.
