How Do I Join The Madison PTA?

It's easy to join Madison PTA! Just fill out the Madison PTA Order Form (available from the school office, or download a copy from the bottom of this page) and return it to your child's teacher or to the school office.  There are several packages you can choose from. Details of each package are listed further down this page.

CONGRATULATIONS, MADISON FAMILIES - We Achieved Our Target Of 100% Participation! 
All Classes will be rewarded with a smoothie party at the beginning of November!

This means that, on average, at least one PTA membership has been purchased for every student in the school.  Your membership will support all the many functions and programs that are scheduled through out the school year, such as Wednesday Assemblies, Family Fun Nights, STAR Reading, Hands on Art, Student Services and much more.

If you haven't joined PTA yet, then it's not too late!  We continue to accept memberships throughout the year.  If you have questions about membership, please contact our Membership Chair, Jackie Romano, at bondiofab@verizon.net.

P.S. Please note that joining the PTA does not require you to volunteer, although we greatly appreciate all offers of help!
