The College and Career Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Students may visit the center before the first period, at snack, at lunch, and after the last period—not during class periods. Parents are welcome to visit by appointment by calling 310-798-8665 ext. 4200.

HOW TO USE THE COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER

  1. Students attend grade level orientations in the College and Career Center with their classes.
  2. Students are invited to the College and Career Center for presentations by college or career speakers.
  3. Individuals use the College and Career Center resources Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., to obtain information for possible career choices, college or trade school choices, high school educational planning, financial aid and scholarships Student hours are before the first period, at snack, at lunch, and after the last period. Parents are welcome to visit by appointment.
  4. College and Career Center activities are listed in the daily school bulletin, on the bulletin boards in the College and Career Center, in monthly College and Career Center calendars, in weekly RUHS PTSA e-mail, and in the Senior Newsletters.
